All members of a discussion group can create new topics. At the top of your discussion group, on the page where you can see all the topics for your group, you will see an "Add New Topic" button. When creating a new topic, please write a short unique topic title (subject) and short precise description (summary) of the topic, and a more detailed description of the topic (message).
Below the message window there are buttons for attachments, polls and additional options. These are optional if the Topic requires them.
