Attend the R&D panel session as part of the EAGE/AAPG Tight Reservoirs of the Middle East workshop (4-6 October 2016, Abu Dhabi, UAE). Hurry and register now! 

Production of tight reservoirs would have been impossible without the groundbreaking innovations in drilling and stimulation technology. With each new resource play, new challenges need to be addressed which do range from exploration, appraisal and pilot stages to the rationalization of factory drilling. It has become vitally important for the industry to put even more focus on R&D to develop knowledge, technology and innovation that can deliver a sustainable competitive advantage and open new frontiers.

The objective of this panel session of R&D leaders from NOC’s, IOC’s, service companies and consultants in the region is to share their vision, best practices and success stories for a sustainable competitive advantage and to open new frontiers on the production of tight reservoirs.

Format: 10-minute presentation per panellist followed by round table discussion and audience questions.
