The Distinguished Instructor program is designed to complement the Distinguished Lecture series . It comprises half-day, full-day and/or two-day short courses as opposed to one-hour lectures. The program features annual domestic and international tours is available to geological societies.

Vitor Abreu TOURING INTERNATIONALLY
Eventually, officials plan to make it available to university departments, and to expand the program to include up to three speakers annually for both the domestic and international arenas.
